• Employee of a commercial firm in Singapore i.e. non-government and non-government related company;
• At least eighteen years of age;
• Of good character;
• A citizen of Singapore;
• Not legally or mentally disabled;
• Not an undischarged bankrupt, and
• Not convicted of an offence punishable with imprisonment.

• Be a co-owner of the Co-operative
• Save regularly through salary deduction arrangement with employers
• Have readily available financial assistance when in need
• Enjoy dividend as return for membership
• Receive grants for hospitalization, funeral, scholarship and other common good purposes
